What kind of photos work best?
High resolution, digital photos tend to work best.
What if I have an old photo that I have to scan?
These will sometime still work, so go ahead and email it to me and we’ll see what we can come up with.
Can there be more than one person in the photograph?
I recommend not having more than 2 subjects for one canvas.
How does the proof process work?
Once you send me your photo and a few of the color choices you are interested in, I will create a proof for you and send it back with the color choices you wanted to see (for example: pink/brown, pink/purple, purple/black). Once you have chosen your favorite, and given me the green light, I will go ahead and start the painting. Please allow 2 weeks for proofs.
Can I send more than one photo to get a proof of?
Yes you can. a non-refundable fee of $25 is due before the first proof (and will be deducted from your total cost of the painting), and for each subsequent proof $10 will be due and subtracted from your total.
Can you ship the canvas to me?
Yes. The customer can choose which carrier service to use and will be responsible for all shipping charges.
How and when do I pay for my painting?
I accept cash, checks, or payment through Pay-Pal. Partial payment is due before the first proof and the remainder will be due after the painting is completed.
